SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

Fortunately, we returned to face-to-face meetings last year.  The number of oral communications accepted for the ELC is always limited, due to the fact that the event does not have parallel sessions.

But there will also be, in addition to the posters, a modality of participation through short videos (5 minutes), previously recorded, to be breadcast during the poster session, to encourage the oral participation of more researchers.

Proposal types:

​

A) Work completed or in progress with relevant results: 

• ORAL COMMUNICATION proposals may be submitted in the format of a short article with a minimum of three and a maximum of five pages. 

B) Work in progress or in early stages of development:

• Proposals may be submitted for POSTER or SHORT VIDEO (5 minutes) in summary format with 300 to 500 words (excluding references and title) containing: Introduction, Theoretical foundation, Methodology, Discussion of data and Bibliographical references.

 

Formatting for all proposal types: 

• Omit authorship.

• Title in capital letters, font Times New Roman, size 12, spacing 1.5, margins 2.5.

• References cited in the text must appear as Silva (year, page) or (SILVA, year, page). These citations (and only them) must be presented in the References section, in ABNT format. 

 

Working languages:

• Portuguese, English and Spanish 

 

Important dates: 

• Deadline for submission of work (first call):May 31, 2023

• Sending acceptance letters:June 15, 2023
